Let’s talk about our hardest workers - the bees!

When Liz first started researching plants that had a symbiotic relationship with nature, she kept coming back to lavender..and the local wildlife definitely agreed with her choice!

As soon as the lavender was planted, bees rushed to the farm. But the real surprise? Because the bees were so happy and well-fed on lavender nectar, they ended up cross-pollinating the nearby melon crops, setting the fruit a whopping six weeks earlier than normal for our region!

Nature always knows what it's doing.
