Overview
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
As a producer of natural lavender goods, please be aware that perishable products – including fresh flowers, culinary items, and botanical preparations – cannot be returned. We also cannot accept intimate, sanitary, or hazardous goods.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: gift cards and vouchers, perishable or fresh botanical goods, and selected health and personal care items.
Partial refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted: items showing obvious signs of use, any opened consumable or sealed product, items not in their original condition or missing parts due to no fault of ours, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refund – sale items cannot be refunded.
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please get in touch with us directly at teatrick@bigpond.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please email us at teatrick@bigpond.com and send your item to: 767 Custon Road, Wolseley, SA, Australia, 5269.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit to the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to: 767 Custon Road, Wolseley, SA, Australia, 5269. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
